Senior Coordinator General Administration (HR)

Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Chennai Role Summary We are looking for an HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding and new hire GA orientation. Handle employee lifecycle activities. Maintain employee records and personal/digital employee files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents. Manage and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and HRMS. Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR transactions. Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights using Power BI. Perform data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards). Coordinate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders. Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations and Onboarding. SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, Power BI, is essential for this role. Experience in maintaining employee personnel files and digital documentation repositories. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience in Shared Services or Global HR Operations. Certifications in SuccessFactors or Power BI. .
