Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant employees, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.Plan manpower requirements in coordination with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other plant departments.Handle attendance, shift management, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and employee records.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.Manage contract labour, labour contractors, and related documentation/compliance.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and industrial relations.Support employee engagement, welfare activities, communication, and retention initiatives.Coordinate performance management, training, skill development, and competency programs.Compensation: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementWork Location: In person .
