Role Description The Human Resources Consultant will work in a on-site capacity in Bengaluru, partnering with leadership and staff to design, implement, and refine HR processes and policies. This is a part-time consultant role and you will be working 4 days a month, i.e. only once a week, from the academy in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Key responsibilities include developing and updating HR policies, advising on HR best practices, and ensuring compliance with local labour and employment regulations. The role will involve managing and supporting employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and grievance handling, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The consultant will also support workforce planning, recruitment processes, onboarding, HR documentation, conduct HR audits, prepare HR reports, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. In addition, the role will provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The consultant will also assist in interviewing and drafting employee contracts for all part-time and full-time employees. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with experience advising stakeholders on HR best practices.Proven ability to draft, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and engagement initiatives.Experience conducting interviews to screen and assess candidates for open roles within the organisation.Experience consulting for a fast-growing business environment is preferred. .
