Job Role HR Executive Responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring smooth project execution. Ensure all construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Supervise daily site activities and monitor ongoing work progress. Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site teams for smooth operations. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Quality & Safety Management Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines. Inspect materials and completed work to maintain required standards. Identify and report quality issues at the site. Ensure workers follow proper safety procedures. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily progress reports and update project status. Maintain site records, documents, and work-related reports. Measure completed work quantities for billing purposes. Maintain proper documentation of materials and site activities. Problem Solving & Coordination Resolve basic site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers. Support engineers and project managers in daily site operations. Coordinate with contractors and workers to complete work efficiently. .
