Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage candidate communications and onboarding processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews Manage and streamline the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements in a timely manner Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for current hires Maintain regular communication with candidates through professional email correspondence Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Utilize Excel for maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and generating reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 13 years of experience in HR or recruitment Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, reporting, basic formulas) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Perks: Food provided Work Location: In person .
