Loss Prevention & Environment/ Technical Safety & Setting: Qualification: Bachelor of engineering in Chemical Work Experience: 10- 25 years Work Location- Saipem, Chennai Mode of Employment- Permanent : Deep knowledge on Loss Prevention Principles like: Safety plant Layout review, Area classification, Active fire protection, Passive fire protection, Fire and Gas detection system, Escape route and safety signs, technical safety studies like Quantitative risk management, Reliability & Availability studies, Safety integrity level, Workplace impact assessment. Deep Knowledge on Engineering execution Plan for both multi center execution approach and mono discipline approach. Interpretation of contractual requirements and capability to manage differences between Tender requirements and proposal submitted upon job award. Capability to plan the deliverables required for the defined scope in adherence to agreed schedule, deep understanding on project progress measurement and its subsequent impact on cost, budget. Thorough knowledge on the software tools and deeper understanding of the Company specific work / technical instructions. Manage the allocated resources as part of task force management, planning of activity for resources based on their skill sets and managing of tasks with respect to timeline. Deeper understanding on Client standards, International Standards, project technical specifications, design criteria, local laws and regulation in order to design a safe and reliable plant. Proficiency in interface management with different stake holders of the project. Client management in resolving comments and also interfacing with regulatory authorities for necessary approval for consent to operate the plant. Demonstrate vendor management for the procured items and support Construction and Commissioning of the plant. Software Skills: PIPENET/ FLARESIM/ PHAST/ SOUNDPLAN. .
