About Us Saman Tea Private Limited is the country's largest exporter of tea and refined sunflower oil. Our business is export-driven, supported by a small volume of imports. We're looking for a meticulous documentation qualified to own the paperwork that keeps our shipments moving accurately, compliantly, and on time. Role Overview As Import & Export Executive (Documentation), you will manage end-to-end export documentation and the limited import documentation that supports our operations. You'll be the coordination point between our shipping lines, CHA, CFS, and banks making sure every consignment ships on correct, compliant paperwork. Key Responsibilities - Shipping & Line Coordination - File shipping instructions (SI) and place container bookings with shipping lines - Coordinate schedules, cut-offs, and equipment/container availability - Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for customs clearance - Coordinate with CFS (Container Freight Station) for container pickup, movement, and storage of goods - Manage factory sealing and self-sealing (e-seal) procedures, including customs intimation - File VGM (Verified Gross Mass) declarations - Export Documentation - Prepare and correctly file shipping bills on ICEGATE - Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and LC-compliant document sets for bank submission - Create and process Certificates of Origin (COO) preferential and non-preferential - Generate and reconcile eBRC (electronic Bank Realisation Certificates) - Import Documentation (light volume) - File Bill of Entry for home consumption - File Warehousing Bill of Entry for bonded goods, plus ex-bond clearance as needed - DGFT Schemes & Licensing - Work with Advance Authorisation (formerly Advance Licence) for duty-free input imports - Manage EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) licences application, tracking, and export-obligation fulfillment Document Control - Thoroughly check and verify all import/export documents for accuracy and compliance - Maintain organized, audit-ready records and filing systems Requirement - Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail - Working knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) - Ability to work to shipping deadlines and juggle multiple consignments at once - Proficiency in MS Excel and export documentation/ERP software - Clear communication for coordinating across lines, agents, and banks Job Type: Full-time Compensation: From 360,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
