Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding corporate partnerships across Big 4 firms, MNCs, and other key employers. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective corporate partners, understanding their talent needs, and aligning Simandhars programs and student capabilities with hiring and upskilling requirements. The person in this role will coordinate campus drives, placement initiatives, corporate events, and industry interactions, while maintaining accurate records of partner activities and outcomes. They will collaborate closely with academic, placement, and marketing teams to design and deliver corporate-focused initiatives, presentations, and communication materials. The Corporate Relations Manager will also gather feedback from partners, track market trends in finance and AI, and provide insights to enhance program relevance and student employability. Qualifications Strong corporate relations and business relationship management skills to develop, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships.Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Foundational understanding of finance and accounting domains to align corporate needs with Simandhars programs.Sales and business development skills to identify opportunities, pitch offerings, and drive collaboration with corporate clients.Prior experience in corporate relations, campus placements, or B2B relationship management, preferably in education, training, or professional services.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle events or initiatives within tight timelines.Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Comfort with data tracking and reporting, CRM tools, and basic analytics to monitor partnership outcomes and placement metrics.Proactive, organized, and collaborative work style with a strong focus on ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices. .
