Critically evaluate existing processes, controls, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps, and proactively raise improvement ideas that lead to practical enhancements Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytically focused field (such as Business, Mathematics, Computer Science), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fund administration industry, with prior experience supporting investment funds or portfolios Broad exposure to multiple financial instrument types, with the ability to interpret investment activity and analyze drivers of portfolio- and security-level P&L.; Portfolio Accounting Expertise: An understanding of financial instruments such as equities, bonds or derivatives, security setups, trade capture, corporate actions, and market data management Solid technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, support projects, and serve as a subject-matter resource. Client-facing experience or close collaboration with client service teams, supporting communication, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, including identifying inefficiencies, raising issues, and contributing ideas to improve processes and outcomes. .
