SAP Employee Central Consultant

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and exposure to SAP S/4HANA HR. The candidate will be responsible for Employee Central configuration, integration, testing, and change management activities.Key Responsibilities : - Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Work on integration between Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA HR.- Understand and support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.- Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and deployment activities.- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration activities.- Participate in change management and process improvement initiatives.Requirements : - 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central.- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.- Basic experience with SAP S/4HANA HR.- At least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.- Good understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.- Experience in testing, integration, and change management.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
