International Logistics Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international logistics and shipment support process. The role involves assisting customers with shipment-related queries, tracking information, delivery concerns, service requests, and other logistics-related issues. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns accurately. Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through voice support. Assist customers with shipment, delivery, tracking, and service-related queries. Understand the customer's issue and identify the appropriate resolution. Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer requests. Handle escalations professionally and follow the defined escalation matrix. Document every interaction accurately in the CRM/system. Maintain customer satisfaction and service-quality standards. Follow process guidelines, security procedures, and compliance requirements. Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and customer experience targets. Support sales or revenue opportunities where applicable during customer interactions. Eligibility Graduates with no experience can apply. Undergraduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience can apply. Candidates with international voice experience will be preferred. Strong spoken English communication is mandatory. Communication requirement: B2H/C1 level. Candidates should be comfortable handling international customers. Sales orientation is required as part of the role.
