Export Manager.Sector: Copper & Copper Alloy Manufacturing.(Base metals only - Copper highly preferred)CTC: 20 to 25 Lakhs+Exp: 10 to 20Years.Location: Mumbai (Andheri)Reports To: Founder & Managing DirectorWe're hiring an Export Manager for a fast-scaling, founder-led copper & copper-alloy manufacturing company (700+ Cr revenue, scaling toward 1,800+ Cr) to architect and drive our international go-to-market strategy.What You'll OwnIdentify and penetrate high-margin export corridors; build direct institutional supply chainsSecure export contracts that absorb 30,000+ MT processing capacityNegotiate international pricing, INCOTERMS, and payment structures (LCs, CAD)Own global trade compliance, export documentation, and freight forwarder SLAs.Who We're Looking For1020 years of export sales experience in copper, non-ferrous metals, or allied industrial/manufacturing productsProven track record building predictable, high-volume international channels not transactional export salesStrong grip on INCOTERMS, LC/CAD payment structures, and global trade complianceComfortable working with high autonomy in a founder-led, fast-scaling environment .
