Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Specialist role based in the Pune division, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will handle daily sales activities, including responding to inquiries, presenting travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities include advising customers on suitable domestic and international tour options, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or booking systems. The role involves coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery, providing post-sales support, and addressing customer concerns. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to training on new products or offers, support sales campaigns, and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with customers and team members. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive travel experience. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and achieve sales targets. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to help guide sales processes, support team performance, and contribute to onboarding or mentoring. Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales environment is beneficial. Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and online communication platforms is expected. A bachelor's degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. .
