Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Track stock movement, including inward and outward material transactions. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Prepare inventory reports and identify discrepancies. Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid stock shortages. Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions. Follow inventory control procedures and company policies. Support warehouse operations and ensure effective material handling. Assist in implementing inventory optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems. Solid analytical and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. Preferred Skills Knowledge of inventory control techniques and warehouse processes. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
