About the Company Offer Studios Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day merchant operations, offer creation, merchant onboarding, and partner support. We are a fast-paced fintech environment, and the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive. Responsibilities Create, configure, and manage offers across merchants, brands, banks, and payment partners. Onboard new merchants and ensure all required information and documentation is completed. Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for offer launches, changes, and troubleshooting. Respond to merchant queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Monitor live offers and transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and MIS. Coordinate with technology, sales, and business teams to ensure smooth execution. Support merchant training and explain the TOSS platform and offer processes. Requirements 2+ years of experience in operations, merchant management, fintech, payments, banking, or e-commerce. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and web-based platforms. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Prior experience with offers, EMI, payments, POS, merchant onboarding, or fintech will be an advantage. .
