Oracle Fusion Purchasing & Order Management Functional Consultant Role Overview Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Purchasing & Order Management Functional Consultant to support end-to-end Source-to-Procure and Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives. The consultant will engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design future-state processes, configure Oracle Fusion solutions, and support implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Key Responsibilities - Lead stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering activities. - Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices. - Design future-state procurement and order management processes and document. - Configure and demonstrate Oracle Fusion Purchasing and Order Management solutions, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and customer demos. - Support procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier collaboration, approvals, and procurement compliance. - Support order-to-cash processes including order capture, pricing, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and returns. - Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, go-live, and hypercare support. Functional Expertise - Oracle Fusion Purchasing - Oracle Fusion Order Management - Self-Service Procurement - Requisition & Purchase Order Management - Supplier Management & Supplier Portal - Procurement Approvals, Sourcing & Contracts - Oracle Order Management - Global Order Promising (GOP) - Pricing Management - Fulfilment Orchestration & Returns Management Required Skills - Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. - Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process transformation. - Hands-on Oracle Fusion Purchasing and Order Management configuration experience. - Ability to create future-state process maps and workflow diagrams using Visio. - Robust communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills. - Experience conducting solution demonstrations and executive presentations. Experience - 5+ years of Oracle SCM consulting experience. - Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or Order Management implementations. - Oracle Fusion SCM certification preferred. Preferred Experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or Distribution, including supplier management, procurement operations, customer order fulfillment, inventory allocation, traceability, and shelf-life management. Ideal Candidate: A business-focused Oracle Fusion Consultant capable of leading sourcing-to-procurement and order-to-cash transformation initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, delivering compelling solution demonstrations, and driving successful Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. .
