Position OverviewThe Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and coordinate onboarding for delivery drivers and support staff for Peter Caleb Logistics. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting or HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently in a remote setting while supporting the continued growth of Peter Caleb Logistics. Recruitment & HiringManage full-cycle recruiting for driver and support positions at Peter Caleb LogisticsPost job ads on relevant platforms and manage applicant pipelinesScreen resumes and conduct phone/video interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersConduct reference checks and assist with offer lettersMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processOnboarding & HR SupportCoordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, MVR checks, drug screens)Prepare and distribute onboarding paperwork for Peter Caleb Logistics new hiresEnsure compliance with FedEx ISP and DOT hiring requirementsTrack and maintain onboarding documentationAssist with employee file management and recordkeepingSupport new hire orientation scheduling and communicationIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and highly organizedProactive and responsiveComfortable working in a remote environmentAble to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliar with DOT compliance requirements (preferred but not required)Job Type: Part-time Compensation: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: Remote Company : Peter Caleb Logistics, Inc. - Contractor for FedEx Salary : Work from home .
