We are looking for a goal-driven and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clientsincluding students, parents, schools, and institutional partners. Your primary responsibility will be pitch our EdTech products/services, qualify leads, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments or close sales directly over the phone. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective customers (parents, students, or institutional leads) via telephone database lists to introduce our EdTech offerings.Product Pitching: Clearly explain the value proposition, features, and benefits of Mint EdTechs solutions based on the customers needs.Relationship Building: Build rapport with callers, address their queries regarding courses/solutions, and overcome objections effectively.Appointment Scheduling: Qualify high-potential leads and schedule product demos or consultations for the senior Business Development / Sales team.Database & CRM Management: Maintain, clean, and update lead records, call status, and customer interactions systematically in the CRM.Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls with interested leads to guide them through the enrollment or purchase pipeline.Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from prospects to help refine marketing strategies and product positioning.Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred).Experience: 03 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Inside Sales Representative (prior experience in the EdTech or Education sector is a major plus).Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong active listening capabilities.Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to handle objections, persuade prospects, and close deals or book qualified meetings.Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software, Google Sheets/MS Excel, and telephone systems.Attitude: Target-driven, resilient, empathetic, and comfortable working in a high-energy sales environment.Perks & Benefits Competitive fixed salary with attractive sales performance incentives.Clear career progression paths into Business Development / Sales Management roles.Training and mentorship on EdTech products and modern sales techniques.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
