Location: Noida Employment Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Employment (Direct Payroll of EY) Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (5 Days a Week) Transportation: Evening Cab Facility Provided CTC: Up to 4 LPA Experience: 0 to 1 Year About the Role EY is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join the team as Analysts supporting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Transaction Monitoring activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain exposure to financial crime compliance, risk assessment, and investigative research in a global environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on individuals and entities. Perform screening and background research using internal and external databases. Review and analyze transaction alerts to identify unusual or suspicious activities. Investigate potential financial crime red flags, including AML, sanctions, and reputational risks. Document findings and prepare clear, concise reports. Ensure adherence to established compliance procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve cases and escalations. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline. 0 to 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance, Risk, or related domains (freshers can also apply). Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Understanding of AML/KYC concepts and financial crime compliance. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and analyze information from multiple sources. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Note: Candidates should be comfortable working from the Noida office and in the specified shift timings. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. .
