Details about our company structure and associated teams will be introduced during the interview process. About the Role Accelerate your career as our Meta Ads Policy Specialist. This is not just a media buying role. This is a risk management and compliance leadership position responsible for protecting ad accounts, preventing shutdowns, and building a long-term sustainable advertising infrastructure inside Meta Business Manager. You will audit, monitor, and enforce Facebook policy compliance across ads, landing pages, domains, and account structures. Core Responsibilities Conduct full audits of Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pixels, and Domains Ensure strict adherence to Facebook Advertising Policies and Community Standards Identify and correct compliance risks in ad copy, creatives, targeting, and funnels Review landing pages for policy violations before campaign launch Implement preventative risk management systems to avoid account bans Manage ad disapprovals, account restrictions, and escalation processes Lead account recovery and appeal strategies Develop internal compliance SOPs for marketing teams Monitor ad feedback scores and quality rankings Structure Business Managers and ad accounts for long-term stability Train media buyers and marketing staff on Meta compliance best practices Stay updated on Meta policy changes and enforcement trends Proven experience working directly with Meta Support to resolve account restrictions Demonstrated success in recovering restricted or disabled ad accounts Ability to write clear, policy-based appeal explanations Core Qualifications 3+ years of experience working directly with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Proven experience handling ad account shutdowns and successful recoveries Deep understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies and Restricted Categories Experience managing high-risk or regulated industries (legal, health, finance, etc.) preferred Strong understanding of Business Manager architecture Experience working with domain verification and pixel compliance Ability to assess risk before campaigns go live Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear documentation and reporting ability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reduction in ad disapprovals Reduction in account restrictions Improved account health scores Successful appeal recovery rate Compliance approval rate before launch Zero unexpected Business Manager shutdowns Apply To this Job Company : Upwork Salary : Work from home .
