Remote Oracle Security Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cohu, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Security Analyst to provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications. This remote position involves managing Oracle access requests, troubleshooting security issues, and ensuring compliance with Sox requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage Oracle access request tickets (Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OAC, Customer Portal, etc.) to support Oracle access provisioning and deprovisioningTroubleshoot and resolve Oracle access (roles and data security) issues and requestsMaintain Oracle service accounts password databaseMaintain Oracle role master and global process owner documentsSupport and maintain Oracle BI report folder permissionsSupport Oracle user access requirements for assigned projects (integrations, new module implementations, etc.)Interact with users and business owners to understand and educate them regarding access requests and access issuesFacilitate knowledge transfer and sharing within the Oracle security teamManage all consultant user access/account requestsSupport Oracle access related requirements as part of our environment refresh processSupport Sox requirements and controls for Oracle access related functions and ensure no deficiencies during a Sox Audit related to accessSkillsA minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services or other application/ERP support, with at least three years of experience leading an IT service and support team for a global companyExperience and proficiency with customizing Oracle Fusion rolesExperience and proficiency with Oracle Fusion Security Console, Oracle IAM, Oracle IDCSAbility to lead geographically dispersed teams and team membersExperience building and developing processesExcellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsProven troubleshooting skillsExperience streamlining, implementing, and globalizing policies and proceduresExperience with Sox audits as it relates to application securityKnowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, CX, HCM modules/processes a plusBachelor's degree in IT field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceInteraction with a global team is preferredCompany OverviewCohu is the leading supplier of semiconductor test handlers and contactors, and a growing provider of automated test equipment, inspection & metrology solutions, and data analytics software to optimize semiconductor manufacturing yield and productivity.
