A Brief Overview The Identity Access Analyst is responsible for performing identity and access management administration across all business applications and technology platforms. What you will do Administer the full lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, and access reviews across all enterprise systems. Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend changes to strengthen procedures and compliance, and assist in their implementation. Design, implement, and manage security controls, including roles, profiles, and attributes, to ensure effective access control and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with technology and business partners to align IAM controls with organizational objectives, facilitate understanding, and maintain ongoing communication on IT risk management and regulatory compliance. Document and monitor identity controls, participate in periodic risk assessments and audits, and take proactive measures to address compliance issues. Partner with application developers and IT administrators to integrate new applications and systems into the IAM platform securely and efficiently. Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, to support identity and access management processes and controls. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in IAM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and contributing to the organization's overall security posture. Proactively identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in IAM processes and systems. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the managers discretion. Education Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience. Experience Qualifications Typically 5+ years of experience performing various Identity and Access Management activities. Identity Management experience in the following areas: Access Certification Provisioning/De-Provisioning Privileged Access Management Experience with role-based access control, access requests and certifications. Experience with IT audit is preferred.
