This is a remote position. Company Overview Insight Therapy Solutions is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to helping people access the care they need. Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Eligibility Process Associate (PA) to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits, maintain accurate documentation, and support the billing process to help ensure a smooth and efficient revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities - Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits. - Review insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and authorization requirements. - Contact insurance payers to confirm eligibility and benefit information. - Accurately document eligibility details in internal systems. - Maintain accurate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) records. - Collaborate with the Billing, Front Desk, and Credentialing teams. - Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary. - Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with company policies. Skills/Knowledge - Basic knowledge of medical billing, insurance eligibility, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Workspace, healthcare systems and related applications. - Ability to analyze information and resolve discrepancies. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications/Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Workspace and related applications. - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace - Experience with insurance eligibility verification, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management. - Experience using healthcare systems, EHRs, or insurance payer portals.
