This individual will oversee onboarding projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Position Summary The RCM Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new Revenue Cycle Management clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring project milestones are met, client expectations are managed, and operational readiness is achieved prior to go-live. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of medical billing and RCM workflows, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
