JOB DESCRIPTION | Computer Vision Engineer Quidich Innovation Labs is a global company headquartered in Mumbai, India that pioneers in customized technology solutions for Sports Broadcasts. From the outset, we have believed in the power of the story that sport tells as a tool to bring people together; and that this story best reaches fans, through the way it is broadcast. Building on this thinking, we have created various technology tools over the past five years a deployed them at tournaments such as the Indian Premier League, ICC Men's T20 World Cup, ICC Women's World Cup, and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup, to name a few. Role As a Computer Vision Engineer at Quidich, you will embark on an exciting journey in the world of sports technology and play a vital role in assisting the technology team to work on global projects. As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms and models. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to enhance and optimize the existing computer vision solutions and contribute to developing innovative products. Responsibilities Developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and models to solve complex problems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements, specification deliverables. Designing and optimizing computer vision systems for real-world applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Researching and staying updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and related fields to contribute innovative solution Working on data collection, annotation, and preprocessing to create robust datasets for training and evaluation. Collaborating with software engineers to integrate computer vision solutions into larger software systems. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing computer vision algorithms to achieve desired accuracy and efficien Staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in computer vision and contributing to continuous improvement with the team. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies: 2 years of proven work experience in coding experience with Python and C++, with Deep Learning algorithms. Proven work experience in creating real-time Deep Learning pipelines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fiel Proven experience (X years) in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms using Python and C++. Strong programming skills in Python and C++ with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience with popular computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Solid understanding of image processing, feature extraction, object detection, and recognition techniques. Familiarity with deep learning architectures and their applications in computer vision. Experience in optimizing and deploying computer vision models on embedded systems or GPUs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely. .
