Payroll Coordinator I (Noida)

Job Summary: Handles organization, execution, maintenance regarding payroll globally. US Payroll is mandatory. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and coordinating payroll for iQor employees. Gathers, organizes and updates all required payroll data including timesheets, W- forms, benefits info, direct deposit and fax filing documents. Compiles and maintains employee records. Resolves termination and unemployment payroll issues as necessary. Processes stop payments or adjustments of payroll. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Requirements: 1 or more years of experience in payroll or billing. Accounting, finance or billing experience. Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable of local, wage and hour laws. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred. CPP preferred. Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job. .
