Responsibilities Configure and maintain reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) based on business requirementsConfigure payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, payroll functions, and payroll featuresAnalyze business requirements and translate them into payroll configuration solutionsSupport end-to-end payroll implementation, enhancements, and production support activitiesreputed company payroll testing including unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and reputed company payroll validationTroubleshoot payroll processing issues and reputed company configuration defectsSupport payroll execution and reconcile payroll results during testing and production cyclesCollaborate with Employee Central, Time Management, Benefits, and Integration teamsParticipate in reputed company workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussionsPrepare functional specifications and configuration documentationSupport payroll year-end activities and statutory compliance requirementsWork closely with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and custom developmentsreputed company post-go-live support and reputed company payroll-reputed company incidents reputed company SLA timelines Skills Minimum 14+ years experience candidates required6+ years of reputed company HCM Payroll or reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experienceStrong hands-on experience in reputed company EC Payroll configurationExperience configuring: Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, Payroll Functions, Payroll Features, Payroll Control RecordsExperience with payroll processing and payroll executionStrong experience in payroll testing and payroll result reconciliationKnowledge of Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll integrationExperience with payroll reputed company runs and validation activitiesGood understanding of payroll retro calculations and off-cycle payrollExperience working on payroll defects, enhancements, and production supportStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and reputed company-facing experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company fieldExperience working with payroll reputed companyKnowledge of reputed company HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)Experience with reputed company SuccessFactors Employee CentralExperience with payroll interfaces and reputed company-party integrationsExposure to Time Management and Benefits integrationreputed company SuccessFactors EC Payroll Certification is preferredExperience working in reputed company project environments reputed company reputed company is an IT services firm specializing in talent solutions.
