Remote Need SAP EC Payroll Process Owner & SAP EC Payroll Technical Project

Synergy Technologies is seeking an experienced Payroll Process Owner / Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will lead payroll process activities, ensure compliance, and collaborate with clients and consultants to drive successful payroll implementations and transformations.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll process activities during implementation and transformation projectsOwn payroll testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Payroll Runs, and Production ValidationExecute payroll validation and reconcile payroll results between legacy and new payroll systemsAnalyze payroll discrepancies and work with Functional Consultants to resolve payroll issuesCoordinate payroll cutover, go-live, and post-production support activitiesPartner closely with Payroll Functional Consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholdersEnsure payroll compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirementsPrepare test scenarios, test scripts, reconciliation reports, and project documentationTrack project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely deliveryFacilitate client workshops, status meetings, and payroll solution discussionsSkillsStrong expertise in end-to-end payroll processes and payroll operationsExperience with payroll testing, payroll execution, and payroll result reconciliationHands-on experience performing Parallel Payroll Runs and payroll validationStrong understanding of payroll implementation and migration projectsExperience working with SAP EC Payroll or global payroll solutionsAbility to analyze payroll variances and troubleshoot payroll issuesStrong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skillsExperience collaborating with functional consultants and cross-functional project teamsKnowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory regulationsExperience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is preferred13+ years of payroll implementation or payroll operations experienceExperience as a Payroll Process Owner, Payroll Lead, or Technical Project ManagerExperience working on global payroll transformation projectsSAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll experience is highly preferredExperience working with payroll implementations is an added advantageCompany OverviewSynergy Technologies is an IT services firm specializing in talent solutions.
