They are seeking an Employee Engagement Data Analyst to manage the data preparation for their annual employee engagement survey, ensuring accuracy and reliability throughout the process. ResponsibilitiesOwn preparation of the global survey dataset, combining HR system (Workday) data with separately collected office submissionsApply business rules consistently and reconcile records across all data sourcesSubmit a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule, with all quality checks completeOwn employee data collection from offices that operate outside the HR system (Workday)Partner with HR contacts globally to ensure timely, accurate submissionsValidate returned data against established quality standards; identify and resolve issues proactivelyServe as the data point of contact during the live survey periodInvestigate and resolve participant data queries; escalate systemic issues to the Our Voice programme lead (survey owner)Process post-survey demographic corrections to preserve year-on-year trend continuityUpdate manager and reporting line data ahead of results releaseResolve ad-hoc data issues as they surfaceSkills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field; or equivalent qualification or experienceAdvanced Excel: lookups (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, conditional formatting, duplicate handlingComfortable working with large datasets (30,000+ rows)Experience running structured data quality checks across multiple sourcesAbility to work independently using detailed process documentation and recorded handover materialsComfort reading and interpreting structured HR or employee dataRequired Language: EnglishCompany Overview World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization focused on improving the lives of children, families, and communities worldwide.
