Business Unit: Workforce Organization Practice Grade : C1/C2 Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune Qualifications: MBA preferably with HR as Major Job Description: HR Business Analyst (4 7 Years Experience) Role Overview In today's fast-changing and highly disruptive economy, managing the global workforce is getting increasingly difficult. As a member of our W O practice, you'll be part of a team that partners with HR, business leaders, and technology teams to design, optimize, and implement HR processes, systems, and analytics. We are looking for consultants with solid problem solving skills, an analytical mindset, and experience working with HR systems and data. Key Responsibilities1. Avature implementation We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Avature solutions, with the ability to support end-to-end deployment, system enhancements, and stakeholder requirements. 2. Process Improvement Optimization Map, analyze, and improve HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management. Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions. Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes. 3. HR Analytics Reporting Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports across HR metrics (attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, etc.) Partner with HR COEs to provide insights for decision making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS and reporting systems. Conduct workforce analysis and predictive analytics where applicable. 4. HR Systems Technology Work closely with HR Tech teams on system enhancements, testing, configurations, and implementation. Support HRIS modules (ServiceNow /Workday / SAP SuccessFactors). Lead UAT cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and train HR users. 4. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HRBP, COEs, Finance, and Business leaders on data needs and process changes. Translate business needs into functional requirements. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. 5. Compliance Governance Ensure HR processes comply with organizational policies and legal standards. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness. Manage employee data governance and privacy best practices. Required Skills Qualifications 4 7 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HR Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR functional areas (Talent, Org Structure, Performance, Compensation, Payroll basics). Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and HRIS platforms. Experience with SQL or basic scripting (preferred). Strong analytical, problem solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good to Have Certification in HR Analytics / HR Tech (ServiceNow/ Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) Experience in managing large-scale HR transformation or digitalization projects. Understanding of HR policy frameworks and HR data privacy laws. .
