Role Overview We're looking for an Inside Sales Business Development Manager to drive recent business growth in the US market from our India office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, building client relationships remotely, and translating AI-powered technology into clear business value for prospective customers. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify recent business opportunities within the US market across target verticals (retail, hospitality, and other emerging segments) Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales pipeline Present and articulate Digit7's AI-powered product suite to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific operational pain points Manage the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle - from lead generation through discovery calls and proposal handoff to closing teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups in the Zoho CRM Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach messaging with current campaigns and product updates Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and outreach targets Stay current on AI, retail technology, and autonomous commerce trends to speak credibly with prospects Requirements Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally selling into the US market Experience in AI Tech Solutions or SaaS sales strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage US-based decision-makers Comfortable working US market hours/time zone overlap as required Solid organizational skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, ZOHO, Salesforce, or similar) Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced, outbound-heavy sales environment Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred .
