Job Summary / Overview The Analyst, M&A will support the M&A team in assessing and pursuing buy-side acquisitions. The role focuses on supporting the end-to-end deal life cycle, including deal sourcing, target evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare analyses and materials that inform decision-making. The role may also include support for post-closing integration activities. Key Responsibilities Support the sourcing and maintenance of a pipeline of deal activity and potential acquisition targetAssist with strategic and financial assessments of acquisition targets, including market and industry researchSupport due diligence efforts, including coordination with third-party advisors and the tracking of information requestBuild and maintain financial models, including operational and M&A models, valuation analyses, and return analysesAssist in the preparation of diligence analyses, investment theses, executive briefing materials, and Board approval deckMaintain trackers, action-item lists, and deal documentation to keep workstreams organized and on scheduleProvide support for post-closing integration planning and execution as required Skills & Competencies Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointsolid understanding of financial statements, with hands-on experience in operational and M&A financial modelingDemonstrated ownership, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and apply strong analytical skills to keep timelines on trackHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverablesFlexibility and the ability to work across and manage global time zonesStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CFA, CA, or MBA preferred. 1-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical role is required. Experience in IT/ITES and digital sectors is a plus. .
