Remote Workday Human Resources Information System Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Workday Human Resources Information System Specialist. The HRIS Analyst will ensure the quality and consistency of Workday data, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data integrity within the Workday recruiting module.ResponsibilitiesProvide project support for Workday Compensation / Payroll incentive planning initiativesConfigure and maintain compensation plans, payroll earnings/deductions and time tracking rulesManage testing, develop reports, perform data validation and production deploymentsTroubleshoot system issues and partner with HRIS Total Rewards and Payroll/Absence/Time trackingResearch and address data integrity issues and/or errorsPartner with HRIS team as functional liaison between the Compensation COE, Payroll Operations team, HRIS Compensation, HRIS Payroll/time tracking and IT where applicable and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etcMaintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errorsProvide complete and current process documentation for all applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processesRun, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area (automating wherever possible)Perform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/trainingSpecialization in the Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in WorkdayExperience with Microsoft tools and applications requiredStrong understanding of the HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules, including upstream and downstream processesAnalytical and problem-solving skills required.
