Job Description Investment Banking Position: Investment Banking Analyst Location: Delhi Experience: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and finance-oriented professional to join our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and transaction execution skills, with a keen understanding of corporate finance and capital markets. Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial analysis, company research, and industry analysis. - Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation models. - Perform valuation using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions. - Support M&A, fundraising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions. - Prepare pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), presentations, and transaction-related materials. - Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of transaction documentation. - Analyse financial statements and assess business performance and investment opportunities. - Conduct market and sector research and identify relevant industry trends. - Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, and other transaction stakeholders. - Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Financial Modelling and Valuation. - Good understanding of Investment Banking, M&A and Corporate Finance. - Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Eligibility - Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Due Diligence, or related areas. - Candidates with strong exposure to financial modelling and transaction execution will be preferred.
