This role requires deep expertise in JavaScript ecosystems, modern frontend and backend engineering practices, and hands-on experience embedding AI-powered capabilities into applications. The ideal candidate brings innovation, strong problemsolving abilities, and a willingness to take ownership in a dynamic environment. Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent. 8+ years of handson experience in modern JavaScript-based development. Proven experience in enterprise-grade frontend and backend engineering Essential Skills Core Technical Skills Frontend (React) Advanced expertise in React.js, hooks, state management, and component architecture. Strong understanding of Single Page Applications and performance optimization. Experience with Redux, Next.js or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility. Backend (Node.js & Cloud) Good understanding of cloud first principles and hands on experience of cloud services, preferable CloudFoundary and AWS, Experience with AWS Cloud paradigms like lambda, cloudfront, s3 (an additional bullet) Architecture & Tooling Experience in microfrontend architecture and module federation. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
