About the roleWe are seeking a fulltime Recruitment Professional to join our Mumbai office in a hybrid work model. You will own the endtoend hiring process for a variety of client roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.Key responsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple client positions.Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.Maintain and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.Support recruitment strategies and contribute to employer branding initiatives.Ensure a highquality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Required profileStrong recruiting and hiring expertise with experience managing full recruitment cycles.Effective interviewing and communication skills for professional engagement with candidates and stakeholders.Relevant experience in HR consulting or talent acquisition within a fastpaced environment (preferred).Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and use recruitment tools or ATS effectively.Required skillsApplicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency .
