About the roleThe Corporate Recruiter will lead endtoend talent acquisition for Annapurna Finance across all functions. Based in Bhubaneswar, this fulltime, onsite position works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.Key responsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.Maintain talent pipelines and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.Communicate with candidates throughout the process and support onboarding activities.Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Contribute to employer branding and improve candidate experience.Required profileProven experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.Experience in financial services, microfinance, or socialimpact organisations is beneficial.Willingness to work onsite in Bhubaneswar and travel to branch locations as needed.Required skillsApplicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiencyJob portal usageProfessional networking platforms for recruitment .
