As part of The Worlds First Civilian Cybersecurity Force, Grypho5 specializes in comprehensive, security-based managed solutions using real-time, proprietary threat intelligence to ensure an organization's defenses are prepared to effectively resist and rapidly recover from a cyberattack. About This Position The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response in accordance to company standard operating procedures, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of our Managed Services Solutions. This role will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and is 100% Remote. An ideal candidate will be able to; [1] understand how to support complex technical solutions with minimal supervision, follow instructions and document steps to provide resolution of issues while following best practices, [2] respond to support issues with a combination of skills, experience, vendor support, and internal consultations, [3] maintain a general understanding of our products and solutions, [4] maintain a high degree of proficiency in the products and software that we support. This role will work a 4on4off shift pattern, with a 4 week rotation across days/swing/night shifts.
