As a NOC Engineer, you will play a critical role in real-time network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain SLA commitments and operational excellence. Your Role As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring network and service platforms, managing incidents, performing initial fault isolation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service-impacting issues. In this role, you will: Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools to ensure service availability and operational continuity. Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms and events, performing initial triage, impact assessment, and fault isolation. Manage incidents in a 24x7 operational setting, ensuring timely response and resolution in line with defined SLAs. Create, update, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity classification, timelines, and detailed documentation. Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers. Coordinate and manage critical incidents (P1/P2), facilitating bridge calls and providing regular stakeholder communications. Escalate incidents to internal support teams, vendors, and leadership to drive timely resolution and service restoration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize customer impact and improve service reliability.
