Siva Multi Speciality Hospital is looking for an experienced NICU staff nurse to join our neontal care team. Responsibilities : Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in NICU.monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition of neonates continously.Administer medications, IV fluids and feeds as per pediatrician's instruction.Operate and monitor NICU equipment ( Incubators, ventilators, phototheraphy units, monitors ).Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.Support parents with guidance on newborn care and breastfeeding.Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in resuscitation procedures.coordinate with pediatricians and other staff for coordinated patient care.Requirements : GNM / BSc Nursing.Minimum 2 years of experience required, preferably in NICU / Neonatal care.Strong knowledge of nonatal resuscitation and infection control protocols.Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.Compensation: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
