Our Client a 25 year old company into Hospitality Services and Corporate Catering needs - Post : Back office Executive - Reporting to MD Location : Andheri E, Mumbai Qualification : Graduate Experience : Minimum 3 years Salary : 6 LPA CTC Timings : 9.00 am 6.00pm - Monday to Saturday Benefits : Free meal during working hours Job Profile - Handle the MDs Desk - Self-Correspondence - Ability to take decisions and update the MD on the same - Coordinate with the Vendors and reply to their emails - Reply to the emails on behalf of the MD - Manage and main the daily itinerary of the MD - Travel Management - Co-ordinate and handle the clients on behalf of the MD - Prepare and collate MIS Reports - Co-ordinate with the departments and update the MD as and when required Eligibility: - Fluent in English is a must.
