The Windows Infrastructure Engineer designs, supports, and evolves complex technical solutions that underpin customer-facing products and critical internal systems on our Windows platform. This role focuses on stability, scalability, and innovation, acting as a technical problem-solver, solution designer, and escalation partner across teams. This position delivers value by reducing incident impact, improving system reliability, enabling customer success, and ensuring the organization's engineered solutions are secure, compliant, and future-ready. Design, implement, and support engineered solutions, platform services, and mission critical systems Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical issues in alignment with team support policies Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional initiatives and interdepartmental projects Facilitate knowledge sharing through training, documentation, and informal mentorship Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts Monitor, maintain, and audit software licensing and system compliance where applicable 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or platform-focused roles Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experienceAdvanced experience administering and supporting Windows Server environmentsExperience supporting database platforms and high-availability or fault-tolerant architecturesExperience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Ability to work independently on project-based work while collaborating effectively across teamssystems, cloud, or platform-focused) Experience in infrastructure management; familiarity with setup, maintenance, and auditing of Microsoft-based environments, focusing on AD, DFS, and IIS Extremely comfortable with PowerShell scripting and experience with C# to streamline system operations Experience with Failover Clustering, Availability Groups, Hyper-V, and DPM Additional experience with other scripting languages, like bash and javascript .
