Role Description Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.Drive distribution expansion by appointing and developing distributors, sub-stockists, and retailers to improve market penetration.Ensure product availability and visibility across General Trade, Modern Trade, and key institutional accounts.Lead, coach, and monitor ASEsand DBSM, PSRto achieve productivity and sales objectives.Develop and execute beat plans, route optimization, and market coverage strategies to maximize outlet reach.Monitor distributor health by reviewing stock levels, secondary sales, ageing inventory, and claim settlements to ensure efficient operations.Execute new product launches, promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and in-store activation programs as per company guidelines.Build strong relationships with distributors, key retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.Ensure effective logistics loadability, product freshness, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and minimal market returns for dairy beverage products.Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and provide actionable market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.Review sales performance regularly using KPIs such as numeric distribution, weighted distribution, outlet productivity, strike rate, and sales per outlet.Ensure timely collection of payments, adherence to credit policies, and effective working capital management.Plan and conduct regular market visits with the sales team, providing on-the-job coaching and performance feedback.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, market updates, and business reviews while ensuring compliance with company policies.Drive profitable business growth by improving market share, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering operational excellence across Vizag and Vijayawada territories. Preferences: Graduate (MBA preferred).58 years of FMCG/Dairy/Beverage sales experience, with at least 2 years in an Area Sales Manager or equivalent role.Strong understanding of General Trade distribution, channel management, and team leadership.Experience in handling dairy or chilled beverage products is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively across Vizag, Vijayawada, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram markets.
