Experience selling software development services, digital transformation, AI, cloud, web and mobile application development, or other IT services. Experience managing both domestic and international B2B clients is preferred. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for IT services and achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute effective sales and go-to-market strategies. Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business growth. Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for leadership. Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful client acquisition and project handover. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Required Skills Strong expertise in Direct Marketing and Direct Sales. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive business growth. Solid negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
