This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that combines strategic market research with proactive sales execution. You'll identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers at leading luxury brands, conduct consultative discovery conversations, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across global luxury sectors, including Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, Jewelry, and Lifestyle. Execute outbound sales strategies through , email, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation channels. Generate qualified sales opportunities and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline. Own the early stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through qualification and handover where applicable. Customer Discovery & Market Insights Conduct structured discovery meetings with Marketing, Procurement, and Purchasing stakeholders. Understand customer pain points, packaging requirements, and buying processes. Gather market intelligence and customer insights to strengthen commercial strategies and support internal teams. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within CRM systems. Deliver accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts. Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at premium international luxury brands. Position the organization as a trusted partner through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach. Represent the business with professionalism that reflects the standards of the luxury industry. What We're Looking ForExperience 36 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR/BDR), or Management Consulting. Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and new business acquisition. Experience selling to international or enterprise clients is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge Experience within luxury packaging, premium consumer products, secondary packaging, shopping bags, textiles, gift packaging, merchandising, or related industries is highly desirable. Understanding of luxury brand expectations and premium customer experiences is a strong advantage. Skills Strong business development, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience using Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and modern sales engagement tools. Highly organized with a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Language & Availability Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in French is highly desirable. Must be available to work in alignment with German business hours.
