Field Operations - Internship

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understand project requirements and respondent criteria. 2. Recruit respondents as per project needs through various channels. 3. Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely recruitment. 4. Verify that respondents meet all screening criteria before sharing profiles with clients. 5. Collect and maintain required supporting documents such as invoices, payment proofs, and photographs, wherever applicable. 6. Schedule interviews and coordinate with respondents for smooth execution. 7. Coordinate with the field team throughout quantitative projects. 8. Review and validate respondent profiles before sharing them with clients. 9. Ensure all profiles meet screening criteria and quality standards. 10. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular project updates. 11. Review questionnaires or discussion guides before conducting interviews. 12. Conduct qualitative interviews with respondents when required. 13. Ensure interviews are conducted smoothly and capture accurate information. 14. Prepare interview notes and share recordings or relevant details with clients, where applicable. 15. Conduct secondary research to identify relevant companies and target respondents. 16. Build and maintain contact databases using publicly available sources. 17. Reach out to potential respondents via calls, emails, or LinkedIn. 18. Assist in identifying suitable respondents for ongoing and upcoming projects. 19. Coordinate with the field team on recruitment status, timelines, and updates. 20. Maintain project trackers and ensure timely communication with vendors.
