This position is for a Program Engineer, a function that is primarily concerned facilitating effective execution of ford internal vehicle programs and assuring regulatory compliance. You will be joining the team in the function of a program engineer. In this capacity you will: With guidance, manage the co-ordination and of cybersecurity deliverables for vehicle programs assigned to you. Be responsible for tracking and validating cyber security artefacts at key program milestones. Drive communication with entity engineers, test teams and other groups within the vehicle cyber security team Support the communication with the program stakeholder group, including report out/presentation to the management team. You would also be expected to: Actively contribute to continuous process improvement by developing expertise in one segment, formulating actionable ideas and coaching others in execution. Manage your own learning by staying abreast of industry developments, identifying learning opportunities and completing relevant training. Year of experience: 4 - 7 Years To succeed in this role, the following skills are essential : Very good communication and above average negotiating skills Ability to deal with ambiguity and to prioritise work effectively A strong quality mindset drive to deliver to schedule. Curiosity, appetite for continuous learning and willingness to adapt work patterns. Grasp of cyber security principles and best practices The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Vehicle Cyber-Security or product development and may have knowledge/awareness of: Product Development workflows and tools (e.g. JIRA, JAMA, Team Centre) Vehicle product development life cycles Awareness of vehicle-based security protocols Software delivery lifecycles, Security and Controls, security design and secure design techniques Regulatory framework for type approval (UNECE R155) and associated ISO Standards (ISO21434) Technical training, coaching and learning opportunities can be made available to successful candidates. .
