Business Development Executive (only female)

Business development executive-only female candidates can apply. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Executive to handle motor insurance sales, policy servicing, renewals, customer queries, and coordination with insurance companies and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of motor insurance products, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and sell motor insurance policies to new and existing customers.Explain motor insurance products, coverage, exclusions, add-ons, premiums, and policy terms to customers.Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with customers.Assist customers with policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and other service requests.Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy processing, and customer requirements.Collect and verify required customer and vehicle documents.Assist customers with the motor insurance claim process and coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and garages when required.Maintain accurate records of policies, leads, renewals, and customer interactions.Follow up on pending payments, documents, and policy-related requirements.Achieve assigned sales, renewal, and revenue targets.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills.Customer-service and relationship-management skills.Basic understanding of motor insurance products and terminology.Good negotiation and sales skills.Ability to work with targets and deadlines.Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems.Good follow-up and coordination skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
