Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day & Night) Process: New Zealand & Australia Inbound Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services.Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and communication.Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance.Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options based on budget and preferences.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Maintain customer records, lead status, and sales reports.Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.Required Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Good knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems.GDS knowledge is required (Amadeus preferred).Ability to work under targets and deadlines.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.Hindi & English required; Punjabi will be an added advantage.Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline.25 years of experience in flight ticketing, travel sales or travel consultancy preferred.Prior travel industry experience required.What We Offer International New Zealand & Australia inbound process.Attractive incentive structure.Supportive and professional work environment.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.Stable full-time opportunity in the travel industry.Meal includedWork Location: Zirakpur, Punjab | Work from Office .
