Job Description Senior HR (Domestic / In-house HR) Position: Senior HR Executive Department: Human Resources Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:30 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday Friday) Experience: 23 Years (Core/Generalist HR) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive who can independently handle the company's complete HR operations End-to-End Recruitment, Labour Law Compliance, Policy Making & Implementation, and Employee Engagement. The primary focus of this role is to streamline HR processes and build a structured, compliant, and employee-friendly HR system. Key Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment (End-to-End) Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads. Handle job postings, sourcing (job portals, referrals, consultancies), screening, and interviews. Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and improve hiring TAT (turnaround time). Labour Laws & Compliance Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Minimum Wages. Complete statutory registers, returns, and filings on time. Keep documentation audit-ready for labour inspections/audits. Stay updated on the latest labour law amendments and keep the company informed. Policy Making & Implementation Draft and implement HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, POSH, etc.). Review existing policies and update them as per company growth and requirements. Ensure proper communication of policies and adherence across teams. Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and employee connect programs. Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution. Track employee satisfaction through feedback surveys/one-on-ones. Drive initiatives for retention and a positive work culture. Process Streamlining Build standardized SOPs for all HR activities (from hiring to exit). Streamline/automate manual processes (HRMS, trackers, templates). Keep HR data, documentation, and reporting organized and audit-ready. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 23 years of proven Generalist HR experience (recruitment + compliance + engagement). Practical knowledge of labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Hands-on experience in policy drafting and HR documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills. Proficient in MS Office/HRMS tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions. Willing to work night shift (7:00 PM 4:30 AM) consistently. .
